Cuisinart 6-Piece Master Grill Tool Set
I purchased this set and had a question on how to change the head on the Cleaning Brush. I e-mailed my inquiry from Cusinart's website. Next morning I got a phone message to call Acme. This I did. They knew nothing about the tool set. I called Cuisinant's customer relations dept. They didn't even know it was on sale from their web site. 5 phone calls later to various phone numbers and departments I gave up.
The last call I made was back to the customer relations department where I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that I couldn't but I would be tranfered to the kitchen gadget department and I would get help there.
You guessed it, I was back speaking to the nice lady at Acme.

All you really need is a 6 piece set. Some have 30. Cool. This set is the master of grill sets. Very durable and easy to clean. The spatula does come with a bottle opener. That was a question I had. Nice big hefty set. Kinda flimsy case but not too bad.

They are large and high quality (almost too large). The tongs are interesting with the integrated sauce ladle. I think I would prefer the standard design and will probably buy a separate tong. No thermometer in the fork. Probably will get one of those also. Nice value for sure though. Very classy.
