It works well. My wife loves it and talked about how much more presentable it made the lasagna when serving it. She also commented on how much easier to serve it was as well. Product itself seems to be very well made and should last for a very long time. My wife also thought the ingredients needed were about the same as in her normal 13x9 pan. Overall well worth it.
Lasagna is my favorite meal so anything that makes it easier and better for my wife is good me :).
We also picked up the brownie pan and think that is great as well.

What a fantastic lasagna baking pan! I did not have any rows of lasagna falling over and become "mush." It is very easy to cut and remove portion sizes with special black spatula provided w/product. I especially liked the cast aluminum construction and premium non stick coating for easy cleanup. The interior sidewalls of pan circulate heat evenly to every serving.
Best tip I learned from Ina Garten -- use hottest tap water and place lasagna noodles in 9X13 pan with hot tap water, leaving them for 20 minutes. Take them out, wipe the water off and use in lasagna pan. They will not be "soppy." Try Joy Behar's lasagana recipe -- excellent!

Talk about building a better mouse trap, this pan is INCREDIBLE!
I have a few vegans in my family, and I've always tried to accomodate them, but it also meant using way too many pans.
This pan actually makes lasagna a one-pan task. It cooks more evenly than my 9x15 pan, and it actually takes less time to cook.
Hats off to whoever thought up this gem!
