Bought these as a gift for a friend who just built a new house. She hung them on her patio and the sound was amazing.
Not tinny like some I've heard, a very nice soft sound, not real loud to bother neighbors. The square chimes add dimension
and make it more unique.

I bought this chime 1 year, 2 months ago, and can honestly say that it has weathered intense heat (up to 121F - I live in Arizona!) and major windstorms (at times we have days on end of wind that can gust up to 40-50mph) and this chime looks as good as the day that I bought it! With other chimes I would have to remove them from the time the winds would pick up or risk having them destroyed in no time - but not this one! I haven't brought it down since the day it went up and it continues to look and sound fabulous. I particularly was looking for chime that had a slightly deeper sound - I hate the tinny sound of most smaller chimes. This one has a beautiful sound that is very soothing to the ears. A must buy!!!
